• Prior customer service experience and strong technology/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Introduce customers to new cars and review vehicle features.
• Deliver vehicles to customers per dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Explain warranties and all documents to customers.
• Coordinate delivery with customer and ensure vehicle is detailed, fueled, and ready for pickup.
• Present keys and relevant documents to customers and ensure smooth handover.
