Rick Hendrick BMW Charleston is seeking a Delivery Specialist to welcome customers, coordinate vehicle handover, and ensure a seamless dealership experience. You will demonstrate features, verify vehicle readiness, and guide customers through the paperwork and options.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to personalize demonstrations. You will work with service and sales teams to ensure CSI targets are met and customers leave with confidence.

Formación

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the customer.
• Ensure vehicle is detailed, fueled, and ready for handover with required accessories.
• Demonstrate interior and exterior features and tailor the delivery to the customer.
• Explain warranties and all documents and complete registration per manufacturer guidelines.
• Present keys and relevant documents to the customer and guide them through the process.
• Collaborate with managers to maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI targets.
