Job summary

Rick Hendrick BMW Charleston is seeking a Delivery Specialist to introduce customers to their new vehicles and review features. You will ensure vehicles are delivered in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines, coordinate the handoff with customers, and highlight services and accessories.

The role involves demonstrating vehicle features, explaining warranties, completing registrations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction within the showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in addition to strong technology and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery with customer.
• Ensure the vehicle is detailed, fueled, has all requested accessories, and is ready for delivery.
• Demonstrate interior and exterior vehicle features and tailor to the customer’s needs.
• Explain warranties and all documents.
• Complete necessary customer registration per manufacturer guidelines.
• Present keys and relevant documents to customer.
• Work with managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
