Job summary

Princeton BMW, part of Holman Enterprises, seeks a Product Genius to educate customers on BMW features and technology while assisting with demos, test drives, and deliveries. You will support Sales Consultants and ensure seamless vehicle delivery, guided by a focus on exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, a strong BMW enthusiasm, and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to learn are essential; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Strong enthusiasm for BMW and automotive technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on BMW products, features and technology.
Assist with vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and deliveries.
Explain features including navigation, Bluetooth, personal settings, warranty, roadside assistance, and maintenance.
Support Sales Consultants throughout the customer experience.
Ensure vehicles are prepared for a seamless delivery.
Follow up with customers after purchase to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
