Job summary

Princeton BMW, part of the Holman family, is seeking a Product Genius to educate customers on BMW products and technology. You will assist with demonstrations, test drives, and deliveries, explain features like navigation and Bluetooth, and support Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless experience.

We look for 2+ years of customer service, strong communication, and a passion for automotive tech. A valid driver’s license is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong enthusiasm for BMW, automotive technology, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and clearly explain vehicle features and technology.
• Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on BMW products, features, and technology.
• Assist with vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and deliveries.
• Explain features including navigation, Bluetooth, personal settings, warranty, roadside assistance, and maintenance.
• Support Sales Consultants throughout the customer experience.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for a seamless delivery.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMW products and technology.
• Introduce customers to the Service team and assist with initial service needs.
