Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in San Diego to deliver vehicles to customers, handle paperwork, and ensure safe operations. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and physical ability to load/unload vehicles. Training is provided for hauler operation, and compensation starts at $22 per hour with room to grow.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Physically capable of loading/unloading vehicles and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana haulers (training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles on hauler and inspect for safety before transport.
• Process customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
