Job summary

Carvana in Sanford, FL seeks Customer Advocates with 2+ years of customer-facing experience to join a fast-growing used-car retailer. The role supports delivering happiness to customers, including loading vehicles, processing papers, and maintaining safety standards.

Shifts run 11am–9pm with seven-day coverage and rotating days off. The starting pay is $19/hour with opportunities to progress to $21/hour through performance programs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Willingness to obtain Notary in local jurisdiction within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana haulers
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety
• Complete customer paperwork with thorough notes in the tracking system
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with CMV Driver Qualification policy
