Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates to deliver vehicles to customers and support the car-hauler operations. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and the ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, at our New Stanton-area location in Pennsylvania.

Starting pay is $18/hr with growth opportunities, step increases, and performance-based incentives. Eligible staff may access benefits such as 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision coverage, paid time

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a safe driving record per CMV policies.
