Job summary

Carvana seeks energetic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. The role involves delivering vehicles to customers, loading haulers, completing paperwork, and maintaining safety standards. Training is provided and a positive, customer-first mindset is essential.

The shift runs 11am–9pm, 7 days a week with rotating days off. Starting pay is $17/hr, with potential to rise to $19/hr based on performance and company incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in shifts including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with car haulers (training provided)
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safety
• Complete customer paperwork and document notes in the tracking system
• Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with policy
