Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in the United States. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and involves delivering vehicles, loading haulers, and handling paperwork with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Starting pay is $17/hour with potential to rise to $19/hour based on performance. Shift hours run 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm, seven days a week with rotating days off.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Physical tasks include loading/unloading vehicles and handling carts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using the car hauler (training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and record details in the tracking system.
• Keep a clean driving record and drive safely according to policy.
