Job summary

Carvana in Denver, CO is hiring Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to deliver happiness through our car haulers and help customers through the vehicle delivery and paperwork experience.

Shift options from 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm or 11am–9pm; team members may work 7 days a week. Starting pay is $24/hr with growth to $26/hr based on performance, plus potential incentives and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with our car haulers (training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and record notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per CMV policy.
