Job summary

Carvana in Bakersfield, CA is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our fast-growing team. The role involves assisting customers and delivering happiness throughout the car-buying process.

The shift options are 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm or 11am–9pm, seven days a week with rotating days off. Starting pay is $22/hour with growth opportunities under our Careers Not Jobs program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements (Notary within 90 days where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors and assist with paperwork.
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers and perform safety checks.
• Maintain accurate notes in the customer tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety policies.
