Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in California to support our mission of reintroducing happiness in the car-buying journey. You’ll bring at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and thrive in a fast-growing team.

Shifts run 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm, with seven days of availability and rotating days off. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with growth opportunities based on performance and a clear path to higher earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler; inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and notes in tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
