Aston Carter is seeking a Compliance Services Specialist I in Schaumburg, IL. The role manages transactional processes for fleet compliance, including new vehicle paperwork and registration renewals, and maintains relationships with DMVs and vendors.

It requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of office or customer service experience, proficiency with Salesforce and Outlook, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of office or customer service experience.
• Experience with Salesforce request management system.
• Data entry, administrative support, order entry, and use of Outlook and Salesforce software.

Responsabilités

• Print title, registration, and tax documents per owner/state/client instructions.
• Resolve license, title, registration, and tax rejections or questions.
• Update print positions on forms via Forms Definition.
• Order duplicate MSOs through manufacturer websites and follow up.
• Process registration renewals for each jurisdiction with accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify registration and service fees for client billing accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies using databases and vendor reports.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill missing or late jurisdiction requirements.
