CAI Cox Automotive Corp Svcs., LLC is seeking a detail-oriented associate to enter vehicle data into the AS400 system and prepare units for auction at Cox locations in Colorado. The role requires basic computer skills and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

The schedule is Sunday to Wednesday and the position does not offer remote work. A pre-employment drug screen is required, and benefits include PTO and holidays as described.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Less than 2 years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 10:00 am- 6:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld device (TC-75), including VIN, stock numbers, make, model, year, mileage, color, options; apply identifiers to vehicles.
• Inspect and report transport damage; provide sale identification windshield codes.
• Data protection and vehicle preparation: remove personal data and reset navigation data to protect customer privacy.
• Facility and equipment support: perform basic fit tunnel maintenance and report issues, assist with upkeep for efficiency.
• Safety & team support: follow safety procedures and assist with additional operational duties, including driving vehicles through auction lanes on sale days.
