Job summary

Responsibilities include affixing barcodes, placing routing labels, flagging 'no key' cars, coordinating with transporters, taking vehicle photos, and ensuring safety procedures are followed during check-in and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
Basic computer skills required.
Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

Input vehicle data into the AS400 system or relay data to a coworker for entry, including VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make, model, year, mileage, color, options.
Affix barcode/stock sticker on each vehicle.
Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles.
Flag 'no key' cars.
Direct transporters to car drop zone.
Report transport damage as needed.
Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt.
Provide sale identification windshield code to the driver at check-in.
Follow safety procedures and support Safety Excellence.
Assist on sale days driving vehicles through Auction lanes.
