Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an entry-level Fleet/Inventory Associate to input detailed vehicle information into our AS400 system, attach stock labels, and help route vehicles at the auction. You will capture VIN, stock numbers, dealer IDs, and vehicle specs, while ensuring accurate data entry and image capture for each arrival.

Role requires a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Input accurate vehicle information into AS400 using handheld device or relay to coworker.
• Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle.
• Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles.
• Flag 'no key' cars and direct transporters to drop zones.
• Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and support safety initiatives.
• Assist on sale days with driving vehicles through lanes as needed.
