Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. in Aurora, CO is seeking an on-site vehicle data entry and preparation assistant. You will enter vehicle details into the AS400 using a handheld TC-75, affix stock stickers, and ensure proper sale identification for each vehicle.

Responsibilities include directing transporters, inspecting for damage, and supporting safety initiatives while maintaining data privacy and accuracy. Standard Monday–Friday shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Typically less than 2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld TC-75, including VIN, stock number, dealer ID and vehicle details.
• Affix barcode/stock number stickers to each vehicle upon arrival.
• Apply work order numbers and routing labels to vehicles; identify and flag 'no key' vehicles.
• Direct transporters to designated vehicle drop zones and report any damage.
• Provide proper sale identification windshield codes and assist with safety initiatives.
