Job summary

Auto Plus is seeking a customer-focused team member to greet customers, schedule services, and sell parts to keep vehicles running smoothly. The role involves handling work orders, basic vehicle inspections, and operating the storefront with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of related automotive service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate processes, timelines, and services clearly.
• Comfort with basic math for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and sell parts and services to improve vehicle performance.
• Maintain organization of the service area and manage work orders and register transactions.
• Follow policies on cash, credit, refunds, and returns; escalate issues as needed.
• Perform express automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
