Job summary

Auto Plus is seeking a customer-focused associate to engage customers, schedule appointments, and drive parts and service sales. You will manage service desk transactions, assist with register operations, and perform routine automotive services with attention to quality and safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and about a year of automotive service experience. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• One year of related experience in the automotive service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store; engage customers, schedule appointments, build trust, understand needs, and sell parts and service.
• Organize and manage service business through work order and register transactions, inspections, and knowledge of parts and services.
• Assist in customer care, work orders, register assistance, facility maintenance, and Outside Purchase ordering under management guidance.
• Follow cash, credit, check, refund and return policies; work with management on customer issues and opportunities.
• Conduct express automotive services such as oil changes, tire services, lubrication, and vehicle inspections.
• Support safety procedures and ensure wheel torque and oil/fluid services meet SOPs.
