Qualifications

Responsibilities

• First contact for customers by phone and in-store; schedule appointments and sell parts and services.
• Organize service department activities; manage work orders and register transactions; know service and parts well.
• Assist management with customer care, work orders, and store operations.
• Follow cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies; address service issues.
