Job summary

Auto Plus in Clover, SC is seeking a customer-focused associate to engage customers, schedule appointments, and sell parts and services. You’ll handle work orders and register transactions, assist in store operations, and support management in delivering high-quality automotive service.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and about one year of related automotive service experience with some sales exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related automotive service experience preferred.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills to calculate commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers by phone and in-store, driving sales of parts and services.
• Organize and process work orders and register transactions while maintaining vehicle service knowledge.
• Assist management with customer care, shop upkeep, and general store operations.
• Follow cash, credit, check, refund and return policies; address customer service issues and opportunities.
• Perform express automotive services as needed, including oil changes, tire work, and inspections.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized shop environment.
