Job summary

Auto Plus in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a customer-focused role at the service desk and sales floor. You will engage customers, schedule appointments, and sell parts and services to keep cars running at peak efficiency.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of automotive service experience, with sales experience preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers in-store or by phone; schedule appointments; sell parts and services.
• Organize service workflow; manage work orders and register transactions; maintain vehicle knowledge.
• Assist management with opening/closing tasks and Outside Purchase ordering.
• Follow cash, credit, check, refund and return policies; address customer issues and opportunities.
• Perform express automotive services: oil changes, tire services, inspections, and basic repairs.
• Uphold safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe shop environment.
