Job summary

Auto Plus is seeking an automotive service team member to engage customers, schedule appointments, and upsell parts and services at the service desk and on the sales floor. You will maintain accurate transactions, perform vehicle inspections, and support management in daily operations.

The role emphasizes customer care, adherence to policies, and teamwork to ensure customers leave with their car running at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

• Customer engagement skills demonstrated by handling customers in person and over the phone.
• Sales experience is preferred and useful for selling parts and services.
• Strong communication to explain processes, timelines, and how we help customers achieve peak vehicle performance.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store, scheduling appointments and selling parts and services.
• Maintain organization and productivity through accurate work orders and register transactions and vehicle inspections.
• Assist in various customer care tasks, manage cash/credit policies, and respond to service opportunities.
