Job summary

Auto Plus in Spring, TX is hiring for a frontline associate to engage customers, schedule service, and drive sales of parts and services. You will be the first point of contact, handling phone and in-store inquiries, and guiding customers through processes and timelines to ensure peak vehicle performance.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and about a year of experience in automotive service and sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 1 year of related automotive service experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers by phone and in-store.
• Schedule appointments, engage customers, and sell parts and services.
• Manage work orders and register transactions.
• Perform routine express automotive services and inspections.
