Job summary

Auto Plus in Fort Worth is seeking a motivated Automotive Service and Sales Associate to greet customers, schedule appointments, and guide parts and services that keep vehicles running at peak efficiency.

You will manage work orders and register transactions, perform basic vehicle inspections, and help maintain a clean, safe shop while following company policies. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and at least one year in automotive service are required; sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1 year of related automotive service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math for commissions and discounts understood.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers by phone or in-store and upsell parts and services.
• Manage service work orders and register transactions, inspect vehicles, and know parts knowledge.
• Assist management with customer care, work orders, and store upkeep.
• Follow cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies; address service issues and opportunities.
• Perform express automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections.
• Uphold safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized shop.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates; assist opening/closing when required.
