Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist in Chandler, AZ to acquire inventory by purchasing customer vehicles and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You’ll manage expectations, communicate throughout the We'll Buy Your Car process, and strive to meet the “check within an hour” promise.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming leads through AutoNation and third-party websites, by phone, internet and walk-in traffic.
• Set up appointments with potential customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal.
• Review vehicle condition reports and inspect vehicles onsite.
• Interact with customers throughout the day, both in person and over the phone.
• Refer customers who prefer to trade-in to the sales team.
