AutoNation Inc. in Florida is seeking a motivated Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to grow dealership inventory by purchasing vehicles from customers.

You will engage with customers, explain the We'll Buy Your Car process, set appointments, and coordinate appraisals while delivering an exceptional car-buying experience. You'll operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with no-haggle pricing, flexible hours, and a bonus-based compensation structure tied to vehicle purchases.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Extremely self-motivated.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience.
• Demonstrated communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Sound judgement, research, and interpersonal skills to make offers on vehicles.
• Valid In-State Driver's License and driving record.

Mansioni

• Responds to incoming leads through AutoNation and third-party sites by phone, internet and walk-in traffic.
• Identifies and engages private parties looking to sell their vehicle.
• Sets up appointments for dealership visits and appraisals.
• Executes the AutoNation We'll Buy Your Car Same-Day Payment process.
• Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles onsite.
• Interacts with customers throughout the day, in person and over the phone.
• Refer customers who prefer to trade-in to the sales team.
