Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to prospect and engage customers effectively.

• Comfort with using technology and evaluating vehicle condition reports.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming leads via AutoNation and third-party sites by phone, internet, and walk-ins.
• Uses available resources to identify private-party sellers and arrange vehicle acquisitions.
• Sets up appointments for dealership visits and appraisals.
• Executes the We'll Buy Your Car same-day payment process.
• Reviews condition reports and inspects vehicles on-site.
• Interacts with customers throughout the day in person and by phone; guides them through trading or selling options.
