Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming leads via phone, web, and walk-ins.
• Engages private parties to purchase their vehicle.
• Sets up appointments for dealership visits and appraisals.
• Executes the We’ll Buy Your Car same-day payment process.
• Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles onsite.
• Interacts with customers throughout the day, in person and by phone.
• Refer customers who prefer trade-in to the sales team.
