Qualifications

• 12+ years of Life Sciences consulting or related experience.
• 8+ years leading enterprise transformation programs in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• 5+ years deep knowledge of the commercial content lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• 5+ years hands-on with Veeva Vault, AEM, DAM, CRM and related platforms.
• 8+ years leading architecture across integrated platforms and large, distributed teams.
• 5+ years executive communication, client relationships, proposals and BD.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients: lead workshops, transformation strategy, roadmaps, investments, and relationship expansion.
• Transform the content supply chain: planning, briefing, modular authoring, DAM, MLR, distribution, and measurement.
• Modernize technology: design architectures connecting Veeva Vault, DAM, CRM, AEM, and analytics.
• Shape AI-enabled solutions: apply generative AI and workflows to planning, authoring, tagging, QA, and reuse.
• Lead global delivery: manage complex programs from strategy through migration, governance, and compliance.
• Build high-performing teams: lead distributed teams across multiple domains.
• Grow the practice: shape opportunities, proposals, staffing, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Develop the ecosystem: build alliances and mentor Life Sciences leaders.
