Accenture’s Salesforce practice is seeking an experienced Life Sciences consulting leader who blends commercial content expertise, technology strategy, solution architecture, program delivery, and executive client leadership. You will translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant solutions driving speed, reuse, and customer experience across pharma, biotech, and medical devices.

You will guide senior clients through transformation roadmaps and manage multi‑disciplinary teams

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Life Sciences consulting, technology, or digital transformation.
• 8+ years leading enterprise transformation for pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• 5+ years knowledge of commercial content lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• 5+ years hands-on with Veeva Vault, DAM, CRM, and related platforms.
• 8+ years leading architecture across integrated platforms and large teams.
• 5+ years in executive client relationship and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients with executive workshops, roadmaps, and investments.
• Transform content supply chain across planning, authoring, DAM, MLR, and omnichannel.
• Modernize tech with integrated architectures linking Veeva, AEM, CRM, analytics.
• Shape AI-enabled solutions for planning, authoring, tagging, QA, and workflows.
• Lead global delivery from strategy to transition, covering governance and security.
• Build and mentor geographically distributed multidisciplinary teams.
• Grow the practice with proposals, staffing, offerings, and accelerators.
• Develop ecosystem with alliances and cross-team collaboration.
