Job summary

Accenture’s Salesforce practice seeks an experienced Life Sciences consulting leader to combine commercial content expertise, technology strategy, solution architecture, program delivery, and executive client leadership. You’ll drive end-to-end transformations across content, data and digital engagements.

You will lead global delivery, shape AI-enabled capabilities, and grow the practice by building alliances and guiding multidisciplinary teams across pharma, biotech and medical devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Life Sciences consulting and digital transformation.
• Minimum of 8 years leading enterprise transformation programs for pharma/biotech/medical device groups.
• Minimum of 5 years knowledge of commercial content lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, AEM, DAM, CRM, and related platforms.
• Minimum of 8 years leading architecture across integrated platforms and large multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in executive communications, client relationships, proposals, and BD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; 8+ years if Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients: lead executive workshops, transformation strategy, roadmaps, and relationship growth.
• Transform the content supply chain: define planning, modular authoring, DAM, MLR, and omnichannel distribution.
• Modernize technology: design architectures connecting Veeva Vault, Vault CRM, AEM, and analytics platforms.
• Shape AI-enabled solutions: apply generative AI to planning, authoring, tagging, QA, and marketer workflows.
• Lead global delivery: manage complex programs from design to transition with governance and compliance.
• Build high-performing teams: lead geographically distributed teams across multiple disciplines.
• Grow the practice: shape opportunities, proposals, accelerators, reference architectures, and thought leadership.
• Develop the ecosystem: build alliances and mentor future Life Sciences leaders.
