Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional Life Sciences consulting, tech, or transformation experience.
• 8+ years leading enterprise transformation programs for pharma, biotech or devices.
• 5+ years knowledge of commercial content lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• 5+ years hands-on with Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager, DAM, CRM, or similar platforms.
• 8+ years leading solution architecture across integrated platforms and large teams.
• 5+ years in executive communication, client relationships, proposals, and business development.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering; if Associate's degree, 8+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients with workshops, strategy, roadmaps, and investment decisions.
• Transform content supply chain across planning, authoring, DAM, MLR, and distribution.
• Modernize technology by integrating Vault, CRM, AEM, and analytics platforms.
• Shape AI-enabled solutions for planning, authoring, tagging, QA, and analytics.
• Lead global delivery from strategy through implementation and transition.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams.
