Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Life Sciences consulting leader to drive commercial content strategy, technology architecture, and executive client leadership. The role spans transformation programs, AI-enabled planning, and end-to-end delivery across pharma, biotech, and medical devices, with a global reach and alliance building.

You will lead workshops, shape roadmaps, and manage large cross‑functional teams, ensuring compliance and exceptional client outcomes while growing the practice

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in Life Sciences consulting, commercial ops, technology, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 8 years leading enterprise transformation programs in pharma/biotech/med device.
• Minimum 5 years knowledge of commercial content lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum 5 years hands‑on with Veeva Vault, AEM, DAM, CRM, or comparable platforms.
• Minimum 8 years leading architecting across integrated platforms and managing large distributed teams.
• Minimum 5 years managing executive communication, client relationships, proposals, and BD activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience (min 12 years) or Associate’s with 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive workshops, transformation strategy, roadmaps, and investments for pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Transform the content supply chain across planning, modular authoring, DAM, claims, MLR, and distribution.
• Design integrated architectures connecting Veeva Vault, AEM, CRM, DAM, and analytics platforms.
• Shape AI-enabled solutions for planning, authoring, tagging, QA, and marketer workflows.
• Direct global delivery from strategy to implementation, including migration, governance, and compliance.
• Build and mentor geographically distributed cross‑functional teams.
• Develop opportunities, proposals, and reference architectures; drive thought leadership.
• Mentor future Life Sciences leaders and foster alliances for go‑to‑market efforts.
