Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including Life Sciences consulting, commercial operations, technology, or digital transformation.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs for pharma/biotech/med device.
• Minimum of 5 years of knowledge of commercial content lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, AEM, DAM, CRM, digital authoring, workflow.
• Minimum of 8 years leading solution architecture across integrated platforms and teams.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in executive communication, client relationships, and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering (12 years) or minimum 8 years if Associate’s degree

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients with workshops, strategy, roadmaps, and relationships.
• Transform the content supply chain across planning, authoring, DAM, and distribution.
• Modernize tech by designing integrated architectures across multiple platforms.
• Shape AI-enabled solutions for planning, authoring, tagging, and analytics.
• Lead global delivery from strategy through implementation and transition.
• Build and mentor cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Grow the practice with proposals, staffing, offerings, and thought leadership.
• Develop the ecosystem through alliances and joint go-to-market efforts.
