Job summary

Accenture seeks an Associate Director-level Life Sciences consulting leader with deep Salesforce and Veeva expertise to drive CRM transformations, originate opportunities, and deliver programs that improve field effectiveness and data-driven decision making.

You will build executive relationships, shape solutions, oversee large global delivery teams, and ensure successful outcomes for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Life Sciences consulting, CRM, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Advise and influence senior clients: Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders; lead executive workshops; define transformation roadmaps; create buying centers across pharma, biotech and medical devices.
• Originate and close opportunities: Identify client needs, build qualified pipelines, shape value propositions, and lead full sales cycle from origination to close.
• Lead strategic pursuits: Own complex proposals and RFPs end to end, including win strategy, commercial models, staffing, and transition from pursuit to delivery.
• Transform commercial and CRM capabilities: Define and deliver programs spanning customer engagement, field force effectiveness, omnichannel orchestration, analytics, and managed services.
• Lead global delivery: Direct complex programs from strategy through deployment and transition to managed services with accountability for scope and outcomes.
• Apply data and AI: Scale practical AI and automation use cases across targeting, next-best action, customer insights, and field productivity.
