Job summary

Speckle is seeking a U.S.-based Solution Architect to translate our platform into practical workflows for large-scale projects in the AEC industry. You will own pre-sales engagements, act as a trusted advisor on VDC/data workflows, and craft enablement content for enterprise deals.

You’ll work with sales to prove value in project delivery ecosystems, build playbooks, and help customers understand how Speckle fits into their stack. Remote-first with collaboration in person as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in VDC, digital delivery, or BIM coordination on live projects.
• Deep familiarity with project data workflows and handoffs.
• Hands-on with AEC/VDC stack including Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Civil 3D, Rhino, Power BI.
• Bonus: Speckle experience with data workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own pre-sales technical engagements: discovery, demos, and ROI validation for prospects.
• Become trusted advisor on VDC and data workflows across project delivery.
• Own sales enablement: collateral, guides, and reference materials for enterprise deals.
• Lead monthly webinar series with the Growth team to engage AEC practitioners.
• Feed product with field intelligence by surfacing patterns and insights.
• Build the playbook for enterprise pilots and customer enablement.
