Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks an experienced Solution Architect to lead enterprise architectures across Microsoft and Salesforce platforms, translating business strategy into scalable, secure designs. You’ll drive integration blueprints, governance, and cross-team collaboration, ensuring alignment with standards in a fast-scaling environment.

The role offers remote US or Denver-based work under a flexible policy, with hybrid onsite requirements and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in Solution Architecture or senior technical design roles in complex enterprises.
• Deep experience with Microsoft ecosystems (Azure, M365, Dynamics, Power Platform) and/or Salesforce architecture.
• Strong experience designing enterprise integrations (REST APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures).
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architectures across Microsoft and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Lead design sessions and produce architecture artifacts (diagrams, documents, integration blueprints).
• Design and oversee cross-platform integrations and data synchronization models.
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and guide scalable platform strategies.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Provide technical oversight during implementation and manage technical debt and risks.
