Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement data center solutions that meet complex client needs. The role blends technical leadership with pre-sales collaboration across Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure, power distribution, cooling architectures, and lifecycle delivery, with strong client engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required; Masters preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in a customer-facing technical or sales engineering role with data center solutions.
• Experience with telecom and networking beneficial; ability to design scalable, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customized data center solutions focusing on electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and translate into technical specs.
• Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle from design to post-deployment support.
• Evaluate technologies and stay current with data center trends to inform design.
• Lead POC initiatives and oversee testing to meet performance and security standards.
• Create and maintain solution documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
