Job summary

W. W. Gay Mechanical Contractor, Inc. seeks a VDC Manager to oversee all Virtual Design and Coordination operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, enforce modeling standards, and ensure alignment with fabrication and field needs.

The role requires advanced Revit/Navisworks proficiency, strong leadership, and ability to drive coordination across PMs, Estimating, Fabrication, and Field Operations. Office-based with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in VDC or related field
• Leadership experience directing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of fabrication coordination and field installation

Responsibilities

• Oversee all VDC operations and coordinate with PMs, Estimating, and Fabrication.
• Enforce modeling standards, workflows, and QC across projects.
• Lead VDC Team Leads, manage workload, staffing, and performance.
• Oversee VDC deliverables from kickoff to release; resolve clashes.
