Royal Electric is seeking a VDC Supervisor to lead the Virtual Design & Construction team, coordinating personnel, assigning work, and monitoring progress across several projects. This role ensures modeling standards and deliverables meet company expectations while coaching and mentoring staff.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in BIM, strong Revit/Evolve skills, and experience with BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in BIM environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Evolve.
• Proficient in BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks, Trimble, Bluebeam, AutoCAD.
• Strong ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Excellent coordination between field, design, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC team day-to-day, align modeling standards with company expectations.
• Coordinate workload and scheduling across multiple projects.
• Develop internal VDC schedules and manage client communications.
• Track progress, hours, and deliverables for project teams.
• Ensure resources and third-party partners support current workload.
