seeks a qualified designer to develop comprehensive 3D models and detailed designs using VDC tools. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure accurate coordination of piping, mechanical systems, and equipment. The role requires strong Revit, SysQue, and Navisworks skills, three years of relevant experience, and a proactive communication style.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Revit and SysQue.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks.
• Good communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Populate plumbing and mechanical models per contract standards using Revit and SysQue database.
• Perform system clash detection using Navisworks.
• Perform coordination with other trades.
• Communicate with internal team members to gain missing information to complete coordination
• Interpret and apply system specifications and Plumbing/Mechanical codes.
• Interpret and apply submittal data for equipment, fixtures, and other specialty items to the modeled systems.
• Represent systems during coordination meetings with other trades.
