is seeking a seasoned BIM/VDC Coordinator to develop 3D models and detailed designs using Revit, SysQue, and Navisworks. This role combines design software expertise with construction knowledge and requires strong collaboration with architects, engineers, and construction managers. You will lead system coordination on large projects, perform clash detection, and facilitate coordination meetings with trade partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Revit, SysQue, and Navisworks.
• Minimum of 10–12 years of relevant technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Population and coordination using Revit/SysQue per specs, codes, and standards.
• Clash detection using Navisworks and guiding other trades to results.
• Lead coordination meetings for large projects with trade partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing information.
