Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering.
• Expertise with Autodesk programs – specifically AutoCAD and Revit.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding concepts of VDC or BIM.
• Exposure to BIM systems (e.g., Revit, Synchro, Navisworks, SketchUp).
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Acrobat and Bluebeam.
• 3+ years in building or design industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support projects hand field related VDC activities.
• Execution of project VDC plans and implementation strategies with Project & VDC Manager.
• Coordination of Architectural, MEPTF, structural, civil, and site components in the model.
• Identify and resolve clash and coordination issues; manage issue log.
• Quality assurance on model reliability, structure, and content.
• Understand basic field layout principles.
• Enforce coordinated VDC schedule; track progress and notify stakeholders.
• Daily involvement with T&D, QPL, and 6‑Step QC Process.
• Produce updates for field technology deployment and project alignment for 3D coordination.
