Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 is seeking a VDC Manager to lead VDC coordination and drive BIM/CAD workflows across projects. The role involves supporting model development, clash detection, quantities, and logistics, while ensuring standards and quality.

The candidate will work with operations and preconstruction to integrate VDC into project planning and execution. We expect a bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture and 5–7 years in AEC, with strong graphic presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in architecture, engineering or construction.
• Excellent graphic presentation skills with BIM/CAD proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage VDC coordination across all project phases.
• Support model development, clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and logistics planning.
• Collaborate with operations and preconstruction to integrate VDC workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and implement VDC standards and best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship on VDC technologies.
• Coordinate with subs/consultants for model accuracy.
• Create presentation graphics for proposals and client meetings.
• Ensure VDC deliverables meet requirements, deadlines, and quality.
