Job summary

MPI is seeking a VDC Manager to lead digital project execution from pursuit through closeout across multiple projects in Texas. You will develop BEPs, drive model-based coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP teams, and mentor junior VDC staff.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in VDC/BIM for commercial/industrial construction, with strong Revit skills and experience in ACC or similar platforms. Travel to project sites in Texas and beyond is required.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of VDC/BIM in commercial, industrial, or technical construction.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination workflows.
Experience with ACC or similar platforms preferred.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead VDC execution across multiple projects from preconstruction through completion.
Develop and implement BEPs for each project.
Drive model-based coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Facilitate clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
Oversee model QA/QC to ensure constructability and compliance.
Support field teams with 4D scheduling and layout workflows.
Mentor junior VDC staff and contribute to process standardisation and growth.
