Job summary

Hensel Phelps seeks an entry-level BIM Engineer to support VDC coordination across design and field teams, assisting with model management, laser scanning, and data integration. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering.
Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
Familiarity with BIM/VDC workflows and systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of field layout principles.
Experience with BIM software such as Navisworks or SketchUp is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support model management and VDC coordination across teams.
Assist in developing VDC execution plans and strategies.
Coordinate architectural, MEPTF, structural, and site model elements.
Contribute to 3D coordination and laser scan integration.
Assist with lift drawings and AR/VR model visualization.
Participate in on-site training and safety initiatives.
