Jacobs, a leader in advanced manufacturing and digital delivery, seeks a VDC Lead to manage BIM/4D/5D in EPCM projects within the Advanced Manufacturing Group. This site-based role offers a flexible home-office location in the U.S. and a hybrid work policy.

You will lead VDC/BIM delivery, define BIM Execution Plans, coordinate 3D logistics, 4D scheduling, 5D cost, and integrate Autodesk Construction Cloud across design to construction, collaborating with clients and field teams.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of VDC/BIM roles in construction
• Strong BIM tech in manufacturing environments
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Experience with laser scanning and point clouds
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• On-site leadership experience on projects near Corpus Christi, TX
• Willingness to work on-site at a project near Corpus Christi, TX
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field

Responsabilidades

• Lead VDC/BIM delivery for EPCM projects
• Define and implement BIM Execution Plans
• Coordinate 3D logistics, 4D scheduling and 5D cost take‑offs
• Manage Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Coordinate laser scans; lead Scan‑to‑BIM efforts
• Oversee on-site VDC activities with field teams
• Mentor team and support business development during proposals
