Job summary
Jacobs is seeking an experienced VDC Lead to drive digital delivery in its Advanced Manufacturing group across projects in the United States. You will define BIM execution plans, coordinate 3D logistics, 4D scheduling, and 5D cost tasks, and manage the Common Data Environment from design to construction.
This site-based role offers a flexible home-office location within a hybrid policy, with opportunities near Corpus Christi, TX.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in VDC/BIM roles within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of BIM technologies and their application in manufacturing environments in Design and Construction.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Revizto) and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Experience with laser scanning and point cloud data management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of onsite leadership of VDC activities.
- Willing to work on site at a project near Corpus Christi, TX.
Responsibilities
- Lead VDC activities and coordinate with design teams and trade partners.
